Becoming mild again overnight with our low temperatures returning to the low to mid 60s. Patchy fog will develop again across the Connecticut river valley through morning, but should burn off quickly.
We warm up fast again Friday with highs reaching the upper 80s and lower 90s in the afternoon. Expect a light SW breeze and a mostly sunny sky with a few patchy afternoon clouds. A stray shower is possible Friday afternoon and again Saturday afternoon as our humidity begins to increase and the day heats up. Wet weather will be spotty and won't bring much rain-only a trace. Saturday stays partly cloudy with highs in the upper 80s.
A cold front approaches Sunday and ahead of it we will see a warm, humid day with increasing clouds. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely for Sunday night and will gradually end early Monday morning. Behind this front will be a much cooler, drier air mass that will bring our temps down into the upper 40s possibly by Tuesday morning!
