Another dry and comfortable night is on the way with the help of clear skies and low dew points across much of New England. Temperatures will steadily drop and before dawn most will return to the 40s-though a few degrees milder that Monday morning.
We’ve got another sunny start on the way for Tuesday as well. Expect temperatures to warm quickly through the morning, from 40s around sunrise to the mid 70s by Noon. High pressure is in control of our weather, but as the high shifts east, we will start to see temps and dew points climb.
More clouds drift in Tuesday night and Wednesday, but it won’t become overcast. Ahead of a cold front, temperatures will climb into the mid 80s Wednesday and we get more humid through the day. Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are expected with this front Wednesday evening and night. While widespread severe weather is unlikely, a few stronger thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts are possible.
We clear out by Thursday morning and go back to a very fall-like weather pattern through Saturday with sunshine and highs in the 70s, then clear and cool at night with lows in the 40s. Our next front should bring showers sometime Sunday.
