Dry weather continues tonight, however with an approaching warm front, clouds will be on the increase. More clouds overnight plus a very light southerly wind will help to keep temperatures a bit milder, but many will still dip into the upper 30s and low 40s. We should see some decent sunshine for Wednesday, but high clouds will be around a good portion of the day too.
With high pressure offshore and being ahead of an approaching cold front, we will see a steady breeze from the south and west Wednesday. This will warm us up quite a bit with highs climbing into the mid and upper 60s through the afternoon! We continue to see a good amount of clouds and even a little fog Wednesday night, which will keep overnight temps near 50. We may see a few reach 70 Thursday ahead of our cold front, but more clouds and rain will be in the forecast as well.
Showers are looking likely by Thursday afternoon and evening as a cold front moves into southern New England. An imbedded thunderstorm can’t be ruled out either. Showers will taper off late Thursday night and temps drop sharply for Friday with highs around 50. Expect gusty northwest winds to make the day feel even colder.
Our weekend weather is looking quiet overall with some patchy clouds and cool temperatures. We will stay in the lower 50s Saturday for sure and possibly Sunday and Monday as well. It will be brisk and very ‘November-like’.
