Scattered showers and downpours will come to an end as a cold front slides to the east. Drier air then moves in for the start of the work week but another front could bring some showers to the region on Tuesday.
We are seeing some scattered showers and downpours moving through this afternoon ahead of a cold front. That front will slide off to the east and we should once again see some late day sunshine return as we head into the late afternoon with temperatures in the upper 70s to around 80.
Skies will continue to clear out tonight and it will be cooler as drier air continues to work in behind the front. Lows tonight will fall back into the upper 40s to around 50. Monday is looking really night with plenty of sunshine, warm temperatures near 80 but comfortable levels of humidity as dew points fall into the 40s.
Our next system will approach the region on Tuesday bringing more clouds and the chance for some afternoon showers. Once that system pushes through it's looking dry for much of the remainder of the week with daytime highs in the 70s.
