A Berkshire County man has been arraigned after a grand jury indicted him on charges including murder.
Fred Lantz, spokesperson for the Berkshire County District Attorney's office, said that 32-year-old Michael Boulais of Hinsdale pleaded not guilty Monday in Berkshire Superior Court on one count of murder, one count of reckless endangerment of a child, and one count of improper storage of a firearm, rifle, or shotgun.
"It is alleged that Boulais killed his estranged girlfriend, 24 year old Kassedi Clark, whose body was found inside a vehicle on the Ashmere Drive property on April 13, 2018," Lantz explained.
Boulais was ordered held without the right to bail.
The investigation into the incident remains active and ongoing.
