(WGGB/WSHM) - There was more basketball action across western Massachusetts beyond the games at Blake Arena at Springfield College for the Hoophall Classic.
The Greenfield Green Wave headed to Hadley to take on Hopkins Academy and the Chicopee Comp. girls took on Pope Francis.
In addition, there’s a special honor for one member of the girl’s basketball team at Springfield International Charter School as she reaches a historic milestone.
