Anna Maynard

Anna created her elementary school's newspaper, and has been hooked on reporting ever since.

She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2023 with her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and minor in Nutritional Sciences. During college, she served on the executive board of Sigma Kappa sorority and as president of the campus's fashion media club. She worked as the style editor of a lifestyle magazine in Tucson before discovering a passion for local government reporting through her school's newscast.

Anna is passionate about serving the community, and this desert dweller looks forward to sharing her longtime love of volunteering with the Bryan-College Station area. When she's not working, Anna enjoys all things fashion-related, spending time with family and friends, and exploring what makes her new home special.
