Libby James joined the Western Mass News team in May 2022 as a multimedia journalist and content producer.
Libby graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is happy to continue calling western Massachusetts home.
In her last year of college, Libby worked at our sister station, WFSB-TV, as a digital content producer. It was there where she found her passion in storytelling and decided to continue in her career in becoming a reporter.
She is originally from central Massachusetts and spends her summers along the Connecticut coastline with her grandmother.
In her free time, Libby enjoys relaxing at the beach, painting, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
