Child on bicycle struck by car in Ware

 

Ware police investigated an incident where a 9-year-old child was struck by a car on Saturday morning.Ware police tell CBS 3 the child was riding a bicycle near the corner of North and Pleasant Streets shortly after 9 a.m. when the accident occurred.Police say the car who hit the child did not flee the scene and is assisting the investigation.The child was suffering from leg pain.
