PD: Man arrested twice for aggressive panhandling in Springfield

 

A Webster man was arrested twice in three days for aggressive panhandling in Springfield.

According to Springfield police, 31-year-old Kamil Bak was cited on Monday for aggressive panhandling on Mill and Locust Street around 5:20 p.m.

Officers witnessed Bak unsafely blocking traffic, and knocking on car windows demanding money from drivers that were stopped at the light.

Bak was also cited for aggressive panhandling on May 12, police noted.
