Ware PD giving out free boxes of Narcan to residents

The Ware Police Department is giving away free boxes of the overdose-reversal drug Narcan to residents.

Ware police wrote on their Facebook page Tuesday afternoon that Narcan is available to any residents, including friends and family of those with substance abuse disorders.

Police noted instructions on Narcan administration will also be included.

Anyone seeking more information is asked to call 413-967-3571 and ask to speak with Officer Cacela.
