Western Massachusetts is facing a public health and public safety crisis unlike anything we have seen before. Opiate addiction has become, quite simply, an epidemic.
This opiate issue does not target age, race, religion or economic status. This issue affects people from every walk of life. I hope this web portal will provide some useful and practical information to help people struggling with addiction, and their families and friends who love them, start on the journey to recovery. I am proud to partner with Western Mass News and the law firm of PSRB in these efforts. Working together, we can help battle this scourge and aid those who need it most.
