(Meredith) -- The NFL will give away 50 free Super Bowl LVI tickets to fans who have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

The league announced on Wednesday fans that are vaccinated or plan to get vaccinated soon will have the chance to win a pair of tickets to the big game in February 2022 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

The NFL said details on the contest will be announced Saturday night during the Global Citizen's VAX Live: The Concert to Reunite the World show.

"This campaign is the latest step of the league's response to help the country recover and return to normalcy," the NFL said in the press release.

The show will feature numerous artists, entertainers, and President Biden. It will be broadcast at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on multiple networks and platforms including ABC, CBS and FOX.

The NFL says more than three million vaccinations have been administered at 21 NFL stadiums and facilities since January.

The NFL invited 7,500 vaccinated health care workers to Super Bowl LV in Tampa earlier this year.
