SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - A Springfield man has learned his sentence after pleading guilty to fentanyl trafficking charges.
Emilio Garcia-Cappas, 29, has been sentenced to four years in prison after his April plea in federal court.
Justice Department officials said the trafficking took place over two-and-a-half weeks in February 2024 during which Garcia-Cappas and others sold fentanyl to undercover law enforcement officers.
